Prices and seasons

Period from May to June - September to October
weekly rent € 30  person to night;

Children under 6 years stay free of charge from 6 to 12 half price; older than 12 full price. Possibility to add a bed for children up to 12 years;


Period July
weekly rent € 450 per week;

Period August
weekly rent € 500 per week;

Children under 6 years stay free of charge from 6 to 12 half price; older than 12 full price. Possibility to add a bed for children up to 12 years;


Check-in & Check- out
For weekly rentals is the estimated time of:

• Check-in: Saturday afternoon from 16:00 pm to 18:00 pm;
• Check-out: Saturday before 12:00 am;

These schedules are organized to allow cleaning and tidying of the apartment to be relocated for the next customers.


OUT OF SEASON
For dates outside the periods described above, we also look at vacation weekend or flight, to be confirmed prior contact e-mail or telephone so that we can agree on pricing and schedules check-in and check-out.


METHOD 'OF RESERVATION
upon confirmation of reservation, they must be followed (within one week stay, otherwise the booking decade) an advance of 30% of the total of the stay to be considered "deposit", which, in case of non-living or cancellation will be retained by the company.
